    Milongas

The Music
Evening and afternoon milongas in the main hall are tandas of traditional tango with cortinas, with the exception of the last half of Sunday afternoon, when among the traditional music the DJ might play 3 tandas of alternative music. Several DJs will entertain you during each day and all bring their own blend of tango. In the studio dance floor during evenings a musical mix of not so traditional and neo-tango is offered from playlists for your alternative pleasure.

Every evening in the Studio we leave a playlist with a mix of Alternative and Tango Music
Floor Craft (line of dance), ronda
It is not rocket science, it is line of dance!

A Tango Feast is renowned for its relaxed dancing in a friendly and respectful atmosphere. To keep it like this we ask you, please, to be aware of other dancers. While expressing yourselves do make your priority the line of dance, don’t jump onto the dance floor or move from one line of dance to another without first ensuring you will not upset the dancers near and around you.

If you feel a bit rusty about this subject try practicing before you arrive, say in a confined space, a small room or an area limited by chairs for example 1 meter by 1 meter.

If you or your partner are struggling on a busy dance floor don’t give up, come and talk to me and I will happily offer help or advice because more than anything I want you to enjoy yourself.
