All must be booked in advance. Prices below are per person for dancing and classes only, NOT accommodation.

Until 25th of February we will give priority places to Learning pass and Milonguero pass.
Then, if there are still places available, we will offer place to people who book any other options.

You are welcome to select the ticket you wish, however any other dance ticket except the Milonguero or Learning Pass, will be consider after the 25th of February

Book with a partner
Booking with partner you both must choose the same kind of Ticket, although one can choose to stay in the Hotel and the other not. To maintain a Leader/follower balance would useful book with a partner. Otherwise you would have to wait till we received a matching booking
Book without a partner
If you book without a partner you will be placed on a waiting list until we receive a matching booking...

Double Role:
For dancers who dance actively both role, complete the booking alone form, there is an option to select double role, and we would process your booking.
Book extra workshops
These are great ways to develop your dance in an hour long focussed small group. You must book these with a partner.
Free drinks
We offer free of charge a selection of teas, filter coffee, water, squash and biscuits.
Leader/ follower balance
This is one of our major contributions to the quality of a Tango Feast. We endeavour to maintain the balance of men and women for any ticket we offer, including milongas. Therefore priority will be given to those who book in couples, otherwise you can book on your own and your name will be place on a waiting list until we have a matching booking.
However we do have room for ladies to book as a leader.

At the Small Group Workshops, you will mainly work with the partner you sign with.
Cancellation Policy
We regret we are unable to refund booking payments unless we find a replacement.
Let us know as soon as possible, by email and we will try our best to help.

(*) Despite cases are lowland we are back to normal times, if have to cancel because either you have Covid19 or your partner tested positive, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Let us know as soon as possible, by email, and we will refund you the payment in full for your dance ticket, and if it also the case that you booked accommodation, and nobody else would stay in the caravan or lodge Beverley Park will refund you the accommodation payment in full. If you are one of the few who booked a room in a shared lodge/caravan we will refund your payment.
